Terms for using the photo preparation tool
The tool prepares measurable files for supported routes; it does not issue passports or decide whether a photo will be accepted.
No official decision
The tool reports only what it actually measures. You remain responsible for checking manual requirements and current official instructions before submission.
Editing boundary
The service does not replace backgrounds, retouch faces or change appearance. If the source photo has a poor background, glare, blur, heavy shadows or an unsuitable pose, take a new photo.
Corrections
Requirements can change. Report suspected source or output errors to support@anypassportphoto.com so the affected route can be reviewed or withdrawn.
